Ultrasound appointments arranged via this website are delivered within CQC-registered partner clinics, who hold full responsibility for:

  • Clinical governance and oversight

  • Delivery of care pathways

  • Follow-up decisions and onward referrals

  • Complaint handling relating to clinical care

MedMobile Ultrasound Ltd provides:

  • Sonographer services on behalf of partner clinics

  • Ultrasound image acquisition

  • Secure reporting and clinical documentation

All payments are processed through the relevant CQC-registered partner clinic at the time of booking or attendance.

By using this website, you agree not to rely on website content as medical advice. Clinical advice is only provided at your appointment by a qualified clinician.

2. Privacy Notice

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide so we can arrange your ultrasound appointment and communicate with you.

Your details may be securely shared with a CQC-registered partner clinic solely for the purpose of providing your ultrasound service.

MedMobile Ultrasound Ltd:

  • Stores ultrasound images, clinical reports and documentation securely for 7 years

  • Complies fully with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018

  • Never sells or shares your data for marketing purposes

Your information is used only for arranging and delivering your ultrasound scan and associated clinical reporting.

3. Consent Policy

Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not constitute consent for an ultrasound scan.

Informed consent is obtained by the sonographer at your appointment, once the purpose, limitations, benefits and expected outcomes of the scan have been explained.

You may withdraw consent at any time before or during the scan.

4. Complaints & Feedback Policy

Because all ultrasound scans are performed within CQC-registered partner clinics, any concerns relating to:

  • The ultrasound procedure

  • Clinical communication

  • Scan results or reports

  • Follow-up or referral decisions

must be directed to the relevant partner clinic, who retains full responsibility under its CQC registration.

5. Clinical Governance Statement

Ultrasound scans are performed by MedMobile sonographers operating within CQC-registered partner clinics.
Clinical governance, oversight and post-scan decision-making sit with the partner clinic.

MedMobile Ultrasound Ltd responsibilities:

  • Sonographer provision

  • Image acquisition and reporting

  • Secure storage of images and clinical reports for 7 years

  • Maintaining professional standards and competencies

CQC-registered partner clinics provide:

  • Safeguarding and Duty of Candour

  • Clinical governance and quality oversight

  • Follow-up recommendations and care pathway decisions

  • Incident and complaint investigation (CQC Regulation 17)
